TSWELA® Services (Pty) Limited was established in 1997 and formed part of the JSE listed Pinnacle Technology Holdings group of companies. They also administered the operations of Ukukhanya Training, subsequently resulting in a merger of the two companies.
TSWELA® was re-structured in November 2009 to fill the growing demand for software development, computer training and timetable development in the Education Industry. School Management Software, Training and Support Program deliverables were contracted and developed for the Namibian Ministry of Education and the project is still ongoing.
TSWELA® was re-structured in June 2018 to deliver on sustainable models for holistic education projects in Africa.

Marie-Anne Kleynhans has been actively involved in the ICT service delivery of School Management Solutions in Southern Africa since 1993
It is her vision that all Education Institutions in Africa will empower themselves with leading edge and easy-to-use EMIS solutions. Her 30+ years' experience in software development, 20+ years service in the education sector as a businesswoman, as well as her B.Comm degree in Business Economics, ensure that TSWELA develops and delivers superior solutions and services.
Her involvement as the managing director of EDUPAC Software Support Services (Pty) Ltd since 1997, delivers on-line school management software, training and support, helpdesk services and skills transfer to the education management sector in Africa.

Theo Kleynhans is an electrical and electronics engineer with a background, amongst others, in business analysis and project management.
Theo's international ICT project management experience and vast knowledge of operations, ensures streamlined policy, process and procedures.
His meticulous approach to the technical service delivery on implementation and maintenance, teamed with his skill of overseeing all aspects of operations, results in continued company excellence.
